Weddings, Tailgates, Graduation Parties, Birthdays, Corporate Events? Fancy, casual, big or small, we cater it all. 

 

Meats and sides are prepared fresh the day of your event and can be served to your guests in one of three ways:

1) "food truck style" at the serving window with your custom menu displayed

2) Full service buffet

3) Sit down, plated  

  • Buffet style includes: two 8 foot tables, steamer trays, fuel, serving utensils, buffet set up, maintenance, and breakdown.  A 10'x20' canopy tent will be provided if inclement weather expected

  • All setups include: disposable plates, napkins, wet naps, napkins, and eating utensils

  • Rental services available

  • Up to two hours of food service included with parties of 99 or less, three hours for parties over 100, starting at a time of your choosing, until all guests are served.

  • Leftovers will be placed in covered foil trays and left onsite

  • Final Menu selections and headcount must be provided ten days prior to event

  • 50% deposit due upon booking to reserve the date

  • Deposit fully refundable up to 14 days from event. 13 days-24 hours from event date, deposit will be applied to a re-scheduled date

  • All events are rain or shine within 24 hours of event. Cancellations within this time forfeits deposit

  • $350 catering fee applies to all three food service set-ups. Cocktail hour, bartending services and additional serve time beyond the standard serve time will incur additional labor charrges
