Catering: 40 Person Minimum

Weddings, Tailgates, Graduation Parties, Birthdays, Corporate Events? Fancy, casual, big or small, we cater it all. 


Meats and sides are prepared fresh the day of your event and can be served to your guests "food truck style" at the serving window with your custom menu displayed or as a full service buffet.

  • Buffet style includes: two 8 foot tables, steamer trays, fuel, serving utensils, buffet set up, maintenance, and breakdown.  A 10'x20' canopy tent will be provided if inclement weather expected

  • Both setups include: disposable plates, napkins, eating utensils, and sauces

  • Three hours of food service starting at a time of your choosing. Leftovers will be placed in covered foil trays and left onsite

  • Final Menu selections and headcount must be provided ten days prior to event

  • 50% deposit due upon booking to reserve the date

  • All events are rain or shine, but can be re-scheduled up until 7 days before event date. Cancellations forfeit deposit
