Catering: 50 Person Minimum

Tailgates, graduation parties, corporate events? name it, we cater it.


All meats are smoked or grilled the day of your event and can be served to your guests "food truck style" at the serving window with your custom menu displayed or as a buffet.*

  • Buffet style includes: two 8 foot tables, steamer trays, fuel, serving utensils, and buffet maintenance throughout the  event. A 10'x20' canopy tent will be provided if inclement weather expected

  • Both setups include disposable plates, napkins, eating utensils, and sauces

  • Three hours of food service included. Leftovers will be placed in covered foil trays and left onsite

  • Menu selections and final headcount must be provided ten days prior to event (50% deposit required)

  • All events are rain or shine and cannot be re-scheduled once final selections are made
