HORS D’OEUVRES
The hors d’oeuvres we offer can be found on our menus page. You choose to have them served stationed or butlered. Service includes all disposable wares (cocktail plates, cocktail napkins, and serving wares). If stationed, staff will set up a stationed appetizer table with linen and decorative rustic wooden trays. Food items and disposables will be replenished throughout cocktail hour
BARTENDING LABOR
$100 per bartender per hour. Requires a 3 hour serve minimum, plus a half hour before and after for set up and breakdown of bar. Bar staff will bring all necessary equipment (corkscrews, shakers, bottle openers, etc.). Coolers, ice, cordials, glasses, cups, napkins, stirs not supplied. Does not include alcohol.
NON-ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE SERVICE
$6 PP
Includes an assortment of bottled water, flavored seltzer and canned soft drinks placed in large decorative galvanized metal bins with ice and replenished throughout reception. Helps significantly to mitigate bar lines by keeping non-alc beverages easily accessible and away from the bar location.
TABLE SALAD &
BREAD SERVICE
$4 / $7 Combo
A popular wedding option of cornbread baskets and large family style self-serve bowls of salad placed on the dining tables for guests to nibble on while listening to intros, speeches, and/ or waiting to be served at the food truck or their turn at the buffet. The salads we offer can be found on the menus page of our website. This service is $4 if purchased individually, or $7 if purchased as a combo offering.
CAKE CUTTING
$4 PP
Cake moved from display location midway through dinner (or following cake cutting by bride/ groom), sliced, plated onto 6” disposable white plastic dessert plates, and placed at dessert table location with cocktail napkins and disposable silver or gold dessert forks.
